Photography, mainly underwater, is my main passion in life. To support this, I work as a freelance Ship Draughtsman, or a Mechanical Engineer, working with CAD software.
I’m originally from the north west of England, now living on the south coast. I started diving in 1998 at the same time I started working freelance. In 2002 I bought my first digital camera and underwater housing. I established Scubysnaps in 2005 (Scuby never came about until 2008!). I have dived in several locations in the Maldives, Indonesia, Caribbean, Atlantic, Red Sea, Thailand, and of course the UK.
I am qualified and work part time also as a PADI Divemaster, I also have my PADI self reliant diver, and SDI solo diver cert. I have my HSE medical and I’m CRB cleared.
My prime camera is a Nikon D90 SLR which I first used underwater in 2009.
I have had articles and images published in scuba diving magazines in the UK, but I am, by no means, a marine biologist! I just have a passion for capturing underwater subjects in the best way I can find possible, and I always love to write a story on my adventures.

I am available freelance on land or underwater, for wedding photography, photojournalism, tuition or any other requirements you might think I am capable of, any time of the year, UK or abroad.

My images are available at a fair market rate, printed in whatever format you require. Please click on the "buy" button in the relevant gallery for more details. For electronic rights please contact me through the link on the above menu. Tahnk you.
